David Merrill
Experienced Teacher in Writing, English, Test Prep, and Application Essays.
My name is David. I teach a variety of classes including essay writing, general English, and math. My current professional background is in education working with ESL children, and educating high school students about how to write essays. Prior to my current profession, I worked as a higher education administrator and counselor helping prospective students with their applications, current students with their financial aid, and graduate students as a resource for updated financial aid information.
I value instilling a fun and interactive approach to teaching that leaves a lasting impact to help my students learn, understand, and apply concepts and approaches that can be used in their daily lives. Additionally, my lessons and teaching methods are tailored to each individual student in order to help each student reach their full potential.
